Abstract
Description
In 1980, the city of Minneapolis contracted with CURA to provide an architectural and historic study of the city, for the purpose of identifying the city's historically and architecturally important buildings and districts. This report describes the work program and procedures used to survey the city's buildings and districts, and to identify and rank those structures of particular significance. The report also includes a map of the buildings and districts identified, a discussion of the study team's criteria and concepts for historic districts, and suggestions for utilizing the data files from the study.
