Abstract
This podcast is adapted from a webinar that aired on April 30th, 2019. The podcast is an introduction to the 2020 Performance Management initiative that aligns the process across all Finance and Operations units, beginning with the 2019-20 performance time period. 2020 Performance Management is the result of a system-wide working group of HR directors convened to advance talent and performance management at the University and develop research-based best practices to fit our needs.
