Abstract

In order to meet an ever increasing energy demand, photovoltaic technologies must be explored. As a low cost alternative to inorganic photovoltaics, organic photovoltaics offer a unique combination of flexibility and processability. Nevertheless, these devices should not be viable until their efficiency is improved.
