Abstract
Description
The goal of the report was to create an evaluation tool and documentation system to use for worker training program follow-up for the Southwest Minnesota Private Industry Council (PIC). PIC provides occupational skills training for dislocated workers, unemployed people on public assistance, and youth. This project was conceived to provide PIC with data on program effectiveness to make the organization stand out in grant applications and in reports to county commissioners and other stakeholders. The electronic version of the report that can be downloaded from this page as a 'zipped' file includes the report, as well as the evaluation tools and documentation for the follow-up system in the form of MS Excel files.
