Abstract

Description

A transcript of a Capacity Building Institute (CBI), sponsored by NCSET and the National Center for the Study of Postsecondary Educational Supports, that was held in collaboration with the DO-IT Program at the University of Washington and in conjunction with the annual conference of the Council for Exceptional Children. Participants increased their understanding of the issues surrounding the application of technology for individuals with disabilities, network with national leaders in the area of technology, contribute directly to the development of policy recommendations, and built skills and acquired new knowledge.
