Abstract

Arts Access grants , distributed from Legacy Amendment funds, are designed for underserved communities who have the least exposure to visual art. Substantial barriers face individuals in the Twin Cities who are served by these grants. Arts advocates, politicians, and taxpayers should understand more about how the funds are used and how their use can be improved.
