Strategies to enhance consumption enjoyment through attention

Abstract
Prior research has identified hedonic decline as a major challenge for both consumers and marketers. In this dissertation, I explore two novel strategies, sequencing and trivia, to reduce hedonic decline and extend consumption enjoyment. The role played by attention in driving the core effects is also examined.
