In the fall of 2021, the Sustainable Farming Association of Minnesota (SFA) and University of Minnesota Extension Regional Sustainable Development Partnerships surveyed garlic producers to learn about experiences of garlic farmers in 2021 and to get an understanding of how sales, yields and production practices have changed over time.
