Abstract

Description

Minnesota and Wisconsin are pursuing different strategies for economic growth and prosperity. What are the results in terms of balancing the state's budgets, job creation, business start-ups and retention, educational performance, and quality of life? Minnesota's Commissioner of Revenue Myron Frans and Secretary of the Wisconsin Department of Revenue Richard Chandler will discuss the different approaches taken by each state in a moderate conversation with Professor Larry Jacobs.
