Abstract

This report summarizes planning and zoning actions carried out in St. Louis County in 2013. During that year (2013), 55% of permits were non-shoreland, and 45% were shoreland. Recreational development lakes had the most development activity at 504 permits; general development lakes had 245 permits, and natural environment lakes 111.
