Description
The purpose of this survey project was to collect information from Minnesota Department of Human Services employees regarding responsiveness to the public's needs, diversity, creativity, motivation, training and development, and job satisfaction. The questionnaire was divided into five sections: DHS as a whole, the respondent's work unit, the respondent's work environment, issues of importance, and performance standards.
