Abstract

Over the last ten years the City of Minneapolis has laid out a comprehensive vision for the future of mobility and transportation within the city. Through plans like the bike and pedestrian master plans, the Minneapolis 2040 plan and Vision Zero, the City of Minneapolis has set a bold agenda for making “Human Scale” transportation options a valued and integral mode for all residents. Understanding how to measure and evaluate the City of Minneapolis’ progress towards this vision will be essential in ensuring that the vision is realized.
