Description
A transcript of a Capacity Building Institute (CBI) that was co-sponsored by NCSET and the National Center for the Study of Postsecondary Educational Supports It consisted of several different components: online readings and discussion with authors and researchers, intensive presentations and discussions in Honolulu, and follow-up discussion surrounding next steps and the implementation of new knowledge and skills.
