Abstract

The program of the Conference consisted of presentations by representatives of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Soil Conservation Service, the Upper Mississippi River Basin Commission, the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, the Department of Natural Resources, and the State Planning Agency. The papers addressed questions of, How does the agency perceive its role as a 1) water manager 20 how is that perception reflected in its operation 3) review of current programs 4) comments on anticipated changes or new programs in the next few years.
