Abstract

Description

This poster details an investigation of the effect of 24-epibrassinolide on the gene expression of CIRCADIAN CLOCK ASSOCIATED 1 in Arabidopsis thaliana in variant temperature and light conditions. A reporting proCCA1:LUC transgenic strain of A. thaliana was used in order to visualize and quantify gene expression through CCD imaging. The temperature and light conditions represented were control (LD 12/12, 24°C day/14°C night), cold (LD 12/12, 10°C day/4°C night), and free-running (LL, 24°C).
