Abstract

In this study I provide color-color selections for compact star-forming dwarf galaxies, commonly referred to as blue compact dwarfs (BCD). I provide three separate color-color selections based on works from the literature and current observations of Euclid Deep Field North from the DESI Early Data Release. Additionally I look into how current parametric star-formation histories for BCD change the predicted star-formation rate distributions. I also detail how these models will change the observable bursting population of BCD.
