Minnesota may decide if Democrats or Republicans wield power in Washington. Half of its congressional races are toss-ups and it stands out for having both of its US Senators up for election. The outcomes may depend on older Americans. Seniors turnout to vote in extraordinary numbers - higher than any other age group. What issues matter to this decisive set of swing voters? National and state experts will discuss the senior vote and how it may swing.
