There appears to be a typo on the front page of this issue, where Vol. 2, No. 4 is printed but a handwritten correction indicates it should be Vol. 4, No. 2, which makes more sense given the numbering of the previous and subsequent issues. Also, the last line of text on the last page is very close to the bottom of the paper in the original physical document.
