Abstract

This paper proves feasible Nash implement ability of the Pigouvian competitive equilibria in an economy with consumption externalities, as well as proofs of the existence of Pigouvian equilibria and the fundamental theorems of welfare economics with regard to the Pigouvian equilibria.
