Abstract

Description

The Northside Residents Redevelopment Council (NRRC) engaged in a revitalization project centered on Plymouth Avenue. The project focused on two issues: vacant lots that could be targeted for redevelopment opportunities, and neighborhood assets that could be highlighted to make the area around Plymouth Avenue more attractive to developers. This project involved creating maps showing existing land uses, vacant parcels, and institutional uses along Plymouth Avenue. The maps were incorporated into a PowerPoint presentation for use at community meetings and to aid in the discussion of the Plymouth Avenue redevelopment.
