Tony Dungy, the first African-American NFL head coach to lead his team to a Super Bowl championship, shares the importance of goals, integrity, discipline, and overcoming adversity during the Carlson School of Management's virtual 1st Tuesday. Dungy is a 1978 graduate of the University of Minnesota's business school, and former head coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Indianapolis Colts.
