This report summarizes the 18th Annual Freight and Logistics Symposium, held in Minneapolis on December 4, 2015: "Economic Competitiveness and Freight’s Metropolitan Future" presented by Adie Tomer; "MnDOT Update: Implementing the New Statewide Freight Plan and Action Agenda" presented by Bill Gardner; a panel titled "Local Perspective on Global Economic Shifts" moderated by Mark Berndt with panelists Vanta E. Coda II, Emily Jerve, Lorrie J. Louder, Adam Redlin; a panel titled "Implementing the New Statewide Freight Action Agenda" moderated by Gina Baas with panelists Senator Scott Dibble, Bill Goins, John Hauslauden, Tim Henkel.
