Abstract

As part of outcome reporting, Minnesota family service collaboratives are encouraged to report the status of their community on these outcomes and indicators annually as part of a community progress report. In addition, collaboratives may want to report on these indicators as part of their two-year outcome report. This is a resource to help family service collaboratives with their outcome-focused reporting. This monograph includes abstracts explaining how to access available data for 19 of the most common core indicators for family service collaboratives.
