Abstract

This is a bullet-point summary of current and proposed future uses to the park. Key points are that water-based activities be prioritized. Facilities that do not need waterfront access should be relocated (animal shelter, public works storage garage etc.). Shoreland vegetation and historic sites should be preserved. Future harbor development should be anticipated.
