Abstract

This is a bullet-point summary of current and proposed future uses to the park. Key points are that water-based activities be prioritized. Facilities that do not need waterfront access should be relocated (animal shelter, public works storage garage etc.). Shoreland vegetation and historic sites should be preserved.
