Abstract

Teaching and Learning in STEM is a series of stand-alone workshops geared towards faculty from the Swenson College of Science and Engineering. Each session will be presented by STEM faculty and will focus on pedagogy and research in the disciplines. All faculty are welcome to attend.

Description

Session 2: Whether your classes are large or small, our panel of experts will address techniques to make learning meaningful, discuss methods for increasing student participation, and offer strategies for involvement that will capture and hold student's attention.
