The symposium included keynote speaker, Sigurd Olson, along with Chief of Water Resources Assessment at the Ontario Ministry of the Environment, Nels Conroy, Regional Biologist for Ontario Ministry of the Environment, Jerry Myslik, Professor of Zoology at the University of Guelph, Canada, John Sprague, Associate Professor of Botany at the University of Toronto, Canada, Pamela Stokes and Professor Thomas Wright of Michigan Tech University.
