Abstract
Description
District 7 is located northwest of downtown Saint Paul. It is bounded by University Avenue on the south, the Great Northern Railroad on the north, Interstate 35E on the east, and Lexington Parkway on the west. It includes the East Midway, Thomas- Dale/Frogtown, Capitol Heights, and Mt. Airy neighborhoods. District 7 is roughly 1.5 square miles in size and had 17,425 residents in 2000. This report analyzes neighborhood demographics and outlines seven goals for the area based on community input.
