Abstract
This project was completed as part of a year-long partnership between Scott County and the University of Minnesota’s Resilient Communities Project (http://www.rcp.umn.edu). The goal of this project was to examine current models of open self-serve libraries to assess staffing, infrastructure and capacity. Scott County project lead Kristy Rieger collaborated with Ph.D. candidate in Sociology, Matt Gunther, to interview implementation managers of four North American libraries and compile findings. A report and PowerPoint presentation slides are available.
