Abstract

This project was completed as part of a year-long partnership between the City of Ramsey and the University of Minnesota's Resilient Communities Project (http://www.rcp.umn.edu). The goal of this project was to create a web-based, interactive story map designed to illustrate the existing park and trail system in the City of Ramsey, as well as future plans the Ramsey Parks and Recreation department has proposed. Ramsey project lead Mark Riverblood collaborated with a team of students in Dr. Ying Song's GEOG 5564 course to research the current park and trail system in the city and create a story map using ArcGIS. A final student report from the project is available.

Description

Report completed by students enrolled in GEOG 5564: Urban Geographic Information Science and Analysis, taught by Dr. Ying Song in spring 2018.
