Abstract
Sawiris Foundation for Social Development is an organization that funds employment training programs in Egypt. Currently, it does not have effective evaluation method towards the programs it support. Based on observations of the current operation of evaluation, an evaluation plan and recommendations are made to improve the implementation of program evaluation.
