    Simplified estimators for sampling with partial replacement on multiple occasions.

    Sampling with partial replacement is known to be very efficient for estimating both current values and change in those values. Simple alternative estimators are presented in this paper. Several change estimators are presented and compared. Examples of the use of the recommended estimators are provided.
