Women in the Age of Revolution: Therese Huber in Letters
    (2022) Allgood, Ruthie E
Therese Huber was a German woman writer who lived from 1764-1829, and she was part of a group of women present in academic circles, called the Universitätsmamsellen. She had access to the intellectual life at the University of Göttingen through her father, who was a professor there. She became the first woman editor of a major literary journal and wrote many novels concerning women. This project aimed to translate and analyze her early letters from 1774-1782 in order to consider her early development as a German feminist and revolutionary writer.
