    Interview with John Wachtler and Louise Segroves

    John Watchler is currently the Energy Program Director at the Minnesota Department of Commerce. Prior to this position, Mr. Wachtler was the Vice President of Barr Engineering, which provides engineering and environmental consulting services to clients across the Midwest and Americas. He was the project manager working on Environmental Impact Statements for the Brookings to Hampton, and Hampton to La Crosse CapX2020 lines. Louise Segroves is a Natural Resources Scientist at Minnesota Center for Environmental Advocacy, and worked as an Environmental Scientist with Barr Engineering during the CapX2020 initiative. With her with at Barr Engineering, Ms. Segroves assisted with environmental review, line corridor review, permitting, and compliance for the Brookings to Hampton, and Hampton to La Crosse CapX2020 lines.
