Observations were collected via the eddy covariance method using mass spectrometry for VOC concentrations and a sonic anemometer for vertical windspeed. Model fluxes were simulated using the GEOS-Chem (v13.3) model. Also included are observed and simulated meteorology during this time period.Item Global isoprene measurements from CrIS(2020-05-27) Wells, Kelley C.; Millet, Dylan B.; dbm@umn.edu; Millet, Dylan B.; University of Minnesota Atmospheric Chemistry GroupThis archive contains global measurements of atmospheric isoprene columns from the CrIS satellite sensor. Isoprene columns were derived using an artificial neural network approach as described in the citation below. Data are archived in association with that manuscript.Item Gonzalez 2021 tagged CO model archive(2021-04-19) Millet, Dylan B.; Gonzalez, Andres; Yu, Xueying; dbm@umn.edu; Millet, Dylan B.; University of Minnesota Atmospheric Chemistry GroupThis archive contains model code, input files, and simulation results for atmospheric carbon monoxide (CO) posted in association with the referenced paper.Item MLC-CHEM code and data for A vertically-resolved canopy improves chemical transport model predictions of ozone deposition to north temperate forests(2024-11-21) Vermeuel, Michael; Millet, Dylan; Farmer, Delphine; Ganzeveld, Laurens; Visser, Auke; Alwe, Hariprasad; Bertram, Timothy; Cleary, Patricia; Desai, Ankur; Helmig, Detlev; Kavassalis, Sarah; Link, Michael; Pothier, Matson; Riches, Mj; Wang, Wei; Williams, Sara; mvermeue@purdue.edu; Vermeuel, Michael; University of Minnesota Atmospheric Chemistry GroupThis data set includes model code, input, and output data to constrain the 1D Multi-Layer Canopy CHemistry and Exchange Model (MLC-CHEM) for simulations of ozone deposition over three north temperate forests across four field studies.
