    Health Literacy Program for Minnesota Seniors: Evaluation Summary

    The Evaluation Summary document presents the research findings from the Health Literacy Program for Minnesota Seniors (HeLP MN Seniors). This includes the results from the needs assessment focus groups, the workshop pre-tests and post-tests, and the outcomes assessment survey that were conducted as part of the pilot workshops. The findings were used to inform the development of an evidence-based health literacy workshop program for older adults.
