The goal of this project was to explore options for creating an edible landscape in Scott County and provide recommendations and information about best practices. Scott County project leads Jayme Carlson and Lisa Brodsky collaborated with students in Dr. Len Marquart’s course, FScN 4732, to identify policies that would support an edible landscape, provide best practices from existing edible landscapes around the world, and recommendations for sustaining the landscape. Final student reports from the project are available.
