The City of Rosemount is exploring opportunities to establish an eco-green business park to promote sustainable economic development. An eco-green business park is a cluster of businesses that coordinate with each other to reduce waste and pollution, share resources more efficiently, and leverage synergies between their product and customer bases. The goal of this project was to explore the feasibility of creating an eco-green business park within the City of Rosemount. In collaboration with city project lead Kim Lindquist, Community Development Director for the City of Rosemount, a team of students in MBA 6504: Carlson Consulting Enterprise conducted an eco-green business park feasibility study for the City of Rosemount and provided additional recommendations for an environmentally progressive economic development strategy in the City. A final report from the project is available.ensustainabilitylocal governmentRosemountRosemount Projects, 2014-2015Rosemount Eco-Green Business Park Feasibility StudyReport
