As momentum gains along the Arts Avenue, the Sheridan Neighborhood Organization (SNO) wanted to explore pedestrian lighting along the 13th Avenue corridor and surrounding residential areas. This report addresses the need for an Arts Avenue vision, draws on suggestions from local artists and residents, and analyses current and proposed land uses in the neighborhood.
