FMR results are fit to a model that characterizes the uniaxial and cubic magnetic anisotropy energy densities of the interface. Interfacial effects are seen to have a weakening influence on the magnetic properties of the Fe as film thickness increases. Extracted magnetic anisotropy parameters are used to construct theoretical hysteresis loops, which agree with vibrating sample magnetometry measurements. Also, FMR linewidths measured along different crystalline axes show evidence of anisotropic Gilbert damping.enCharacterization of Fe Thin Films on InAs (100) SubstrateScholarly Text or Essay
