Through a 20-year capital improvement plan, North St. Paul allocated additional resources to infrastructure improvements and development of a living streets policy. Project lead Paul Ammerman worked with students in PA 8081: Making Sustainable Transportation Work, to research living streets policy case studies and develop a visual preference survey to be used with North St. Paul residents in affected neighborhoods.
