North St. Paul created a Redevelopment Master Plan for the City, and identified live/work housing as a priority. The goal of the project was to determine the feasibility of this type of development. Project lead Paul Ammerman partnered with students in Becky Yust and Lyn Bruin’s HSG 4461: Housing Development and Management course to create a development proposal for potential live/work developments.
