The City wanted to update its Stable Neighborhood Action Plan (SNAP) to evaluate the impact of neighborhood redevelopment and other improvements since the original SNAP was created in 2005. City of Brooklyn Park project lead Emily Carr worked with a team of students in PA 8203 to engage with stakeholders and community leaders and analyze available data to assess key economic and social changes in the SNAP area.ensustainabilityBrooklyn Parklocal governmentindicatorsBrooklyn Park Projects, 2016-2017Exploring Equitable Development in Brooklyn ParkPresentation
