The City of North St. Paul was interested in addressing concerns around workplace culture among city staff. Project lead Jason Ziemer partnered with students in HRIR 8034: Employee Development–Creating a Competitive Advantage, taught by Dr. Stacy Doepner-Hove, to address these concerns. The students recommended tools and strategies for changing workplace culture, as well as offering suggestions for implementing and evaluating the suggested changes. This is one of five reports completed by student teams on this topic for this course.
