The goal of this project was to complete a comprehensive analysis of Ramsey's restaurant customer draw area, as well as case studies of food-oriented business incubators, in order to assess the feasibility of establishing a restaurant businesses incubator in the City of Ramsey. Ramsey assistant city administrator and economic development manager Patrick Brama collaborated with a team of students from the Economic Development Fellows Consulting Program to complete this analysis. A final student report, presentation, and poster from the project are available.enRamseysustainabilitylocal governmentCity of Ramsey Projects, 2017-2018Restaurant Incubator Feasibility StudyPresentation
