Kohn Master of Arts, June 2018.The purpose of this study was to understand psychological underpinnings that impede knowledge sharing. The relationships between psychological ownership (PO) and knowledge sharing intention and behavior were examined using a sample of university professors. Multiple regression analysis yielded a significant relationship between PO and knowledge sharing intention but not behavior.
