The first survey, which was completed during the spring of 2010, offered insights from CLCLT homeowners regarding how the organization could improve its services to better meet homeowner needs. In comparison to the first homeowner survey, the 2012 survey was much more detailed and quantitative in its approach, but still maintained a qualitative aspect. This allowed for a more comprehensive gauge of how owning a home through the City of Lakes Community Land Trust has impacted homeowners’ lives. It is also structured to record certain homeowner information to track the long term trends of CLCLT homeowners and the organization’s impact over time. At the same time, the homeowner survey once again offers the CLCLT feedback to help improve its future programming and services and provides potential funders with insight from homeowners of the benefits of the CLCLT.enCity of Lakes Community Land Trust 2012 Homeowner SurveyReport
