The goal of this project was to analyze various Employer-Assisted Housing (EAH) programs and provide recommendations to Scott County for targeting business sectors that could benefit from an EAH program in the county. Scott County project lead Julie Siegert collaborated with students in Dr. Edward Goetz’ course, PA 5261, to assess the current industries in the county that, based on programs adopted elsewhere, could be the most strategic partners in an EAH program in Scott County. The report also makes recommendations to county staff and leadership for structuring and implementing a potential EAH program. A final student report from the project is available.enScott County Projects, 2018-2019sustainabilitylocal governmentFostering Employer-Assisted Workforce Housing: Case Studies & RecommendationsReport
