The Foundation works to ensure that southwest Minnesota is a highly productive and engaged region where growing numbers of people choose to live. The purpose of this document was to outline a course for evaluation over the next 12-18 months, based on the objectives set forth by program staff in the SWIF FY07-11 strategic plan.
