Alexander, Scott CWheeler, Betty JAlexander Jr., E. Calvin2017-03-292017-03-292017-03-27https://hdl.handle.net/11299/185414Two dye traces were initiated on 20 May 2006 to search for groundwater connections: 1 - from MN23:D01503 (“Co. Hwy. 8 sink”), and 2- from: MN23:B00151 (the terminal stream sink on this date in the Eilder Blind Valley). The working hypothesis was that water might emerge in Bear or Deer Creeks, perhaps via Spring Valley Caverns (SVC) in northern Spring Valley Twp., Fillmore Co., MN. The traces were conducted in a qualitative mode using charcoal detectors.endyetracingtracespringkarsthydrogeologyspringshedsinkholesinking streamdisappearing streamstream sinkgroundwaterconduit flowfillmore countymaquoketadubuquestewartvillegalenaordovicianspring valley cavernspipelineSpring Valley Caverns Dye Traces Report, Initiated on 20 May 2006Report
