The goal of this project was to provide resources to build on the work of the Scott County Association for Leadership and Efficiency (SCALE) regarding early childhood education data integration. Scott County project lead Jake Grussing collaborated with Sarah Leneave as part of an independent research project, LAW 7606, with guidance from Professor Steve Kelley at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs. The project assessed data integration programs in other government jurisdictions in the US and identified potential legal and ethical considerations to cross-sharing of data among programs.
